The DG Solutions approach begins with an on site audit of test efficiency delivered at a fixed price.  This analysis helps organisations to see where their testing is operating well, and where efficiency and effectiveness gains can be made.

From there the Client has the option to make changes themselves, or adopt a Managed Service model from the DG Solutions team leveraging our in house testing experience.  In the latter, the cost of the audit is recouped through cost savings applied to year one billing. 

This audit is then repeated twice a year throughout the life time of the contract, providing the stimulus to a continuous improvement and refinement program.

Our test audit and health check to help organisations meet and overcome market pressures and business challenges. This allows organisations to identify where their testing is operating well, together with areas where efficiency and effectiveness gains can be made.

Strategically, this measure can also be used as an indicator of health to the other areas of the application lifecycle.
